Getting Started With Thunderbird Appointment

Ready to simplify your schedule? Here are three quick steps to begin:

 

Initial Setup

The first time you sign up for Thunderbird Appointment, you will be taken through an initial setup in this order:

  1. Connect to your existing calendar to make sure that Appointment is aware of your availability.
  2. Connect your Thundermail account.
  3. Choose your booking page's title and which calendar your appointments will be added to.
  4. Set your availability (including days, start and end times, and meeting duration).
  5. Connect your Zoom account to automatically generate meeting links (this is optional).
  6. Once you're done with these steps, you'll land on your Dashboard.

 

Share Your Link

  1. From within your Dashboard, click the "Copy Booking URL" button on the left.
  2. Paste and share your unique booking link anywhere.
