Ready to simplify your schedule? Here are three quick steps to begin:
Initial Setup
The first time you sign up for Thunderbird Appointment, you will be taken through an initial setup in this order:
- Connect to your existing calendar to make sure that Appointment is aware of your availability.
- Connect your Thundermail account.
- Choose your booking page's title and which calendar your appointments will be added to.
- Set your availability (including days, start and end times, and meeting duration).
- Connect your Zoom account to automatically generate meeting links (this is optional).
- Once you're done with these steps, you'll land on your Dashboard.
Share Your Link
- From within your Dashboard, click the "Copy Booking URL" button on the left.
- Paste and share your unique booking link anywhere.
