Make your meetings even easier by automatically generating video links. No more scrambling to create a room or a link at the last minute!
Link your Zoom account and Thunderbird Appointment will generate unique meeting links for all of your appointments:
- Click "Settings" in the top navigation bar.
- Scroll down to "Connected Applications."
- Next to "Video Meeting," find the Zoom option and click "Connect."
- Follow the prompts to log in to your Zoom account and grant permissions for access.
Your appointment invites will now automatically generate a Zoom meeting link, making it a breeze for everyone to join!
