During First Time Setup, CalDAV Auto-Discovery Doesn't Always Work
There are lots of CalDAV servers with different configurations, so our auto-discovery needs to be a bit more robust. This means that someone that has a Fastmail calendar (for example) should put https://caldav.fastmail.com in the Calendar URL instead of https://fastmail.com.
In an ideal scenario, both should work equally.
Settings Page Needs an External Connection Error Handling Display
If you have configured your external calendar connection and for some reason that connection is broken (The app password is changed, CalDAV server is down, Google account problem, etc.), we are not displaying the error and next steps to fix it yet.
Confirmed Events Not Showing Up on the Other Person's Calendar
This is only reproduceable in Google accounts where the user hasn't interacted with appointment.tb.pro through email at all. It seems that Google itself doesn't automatically add calendar events to google calendar unless the user explicitly accepts it at least once.
