Thanks for your patience while we eliminate the bugs in our brand new Thunderbird Pro products! This living document will keep track of Thunderbird Send issues that we are already aware of, are working to fix, and may have temporary workarounds for.
As those problems are solved, they will be removed from this article.

Progress Bar Freeze for Large Uploads
If you're uploading a large file (2+ GB), you might see the upload progress bar stuck at 0% for awhile. That doesn't necessarily mean there is an error, the file just takes a bit to fully prepare for the upload. The progress should start eventually.
Progress Bar Rewinding or Restarting
If you see the upload progress bar working and then suddenly backtracking or restarting, this means there was an error with the packet being uploaded to the server and it's trying again where it left off. We're currently investigating the causes behind this.
Extra Processing Time for Encryption
File uploads and downloads might be slower than you typically are used to. This is because your device's performance takes a bit of a dip while encrypting and decrypting files.
"You are Using an Outdated Version of Thunderbird Send. Click Here to Refresh"
If you click to refresh and still see the error, it's likely that we are building an update to the code and the fix hasn't quite finished yet. Please try again in a few minutes.
