Thundermail is currently in "Early Bird" access and is available by invitation only. This article explains how invitations work and what to do if your sign-up doesn’t finish.
Do I need an invitation to sign up?
Yes. During the Early Bird period, you need an invitation to sign up for Thundermail. If you don’t have one yet, you can join the Thundermail waitlist. Please note that the email address you use to join the waitlist must be a personal address you already use, not the @thundermail.com address you desire.
Which email address do I use to sign up?
You use the same email address your invitation was sent to. Not sure which one that is? Look for the invitation email in your inbox. If you try to sign up with any other email address, you’ll see the waitlist page again instead.
Does my invitation expire?
Your invitation doesn’t expire, so you can sign up whenever you’re ready. Once you do start signing up, a separate 5 day window begins for purchasing a plan, which is covered in the next section.
What happens if I don’t finish signing up?
The final step of the process is purchasing a Thundermail plan. If you don’t purchase one within 5 days of signing up, we automatically delete the unfinished account. You can find more information about that here.
If that happens, you can simply start over from your invitation link again. If you can't find that message or your signup is failing for whatever reason, please contact us in Support and we will help you out!
