Thanks for your patience while we eliminate the bugs in our brand new Thunderbird Pro products! This living document will keep track of Thundermail issues that we are already aware of, are working to fix, and may have temporary workarounds for.
As those problems are solved, they will be removed from this article.
MX Record Setup
When setting up the MX records in your Thundermail settings, some domain registrars require you to use a "blank" or "@" for the root domain record instead of the domain itself.
if you are having trouble getting your MX records to work properly, please reach out to your domain registrar for the exact records you need until we revise our setup process and documentation.
New Email Alias Not Delivering / Not Found
Some aliases are not working directly after creating them, having an effect a bit like DNS propagating after making changes to a domain. We suspect there may be a delay in the mail server's commands, so we are looking into ways to run them / flush them out quicker so this doesn't happen.
