It can be confusing when you discover that some of the incoming emails you are expecting are being sent to your spam folder by mistake.
Thundermail is a brand new service, so our filters aren’t quite perfect. We are monitoring issues with this and have already made the spam filter less aggressive by shipping a new detection model.
How Can I Help?
If you continue to see this happening, please move any incorrectly labeled messages out of your spam folder and mark them as "Not Spam." In Thunderbird, they can do that by highlighting the message and pressing Shift + J.
This will help our system identify future messages more accurately.
