You cannot change your recovery email address in the dashboard yourself at this time.
How to request an update
For security and account verification, you must use your @thundermail.com address on the form:
- Log into accounts.tb.pro
- Open our account contact form
- Include the new recovery email address you would like to set
Important note for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Your recovery email is separate from your MFA recovery codes. If you have an authenticator app enabled and lose both your device and your recovery codes, Support cannot restore access to your account, even with a verified recovery email on file.
Always keep your recovery codes stored safely in more than one place.
