Let’s get everything working so you can start sending those secured files!
Signing In to Thundermail
- In the top right corner of the app, press the “three lines” menu button again.
- Click “Sign in to Thundermail.”
- Follow the prompts to log in to your existing Thundermail account or to purchase a new Thundermail plan.
- You will now see a screen that says "Welcome to Thundermail! Account added."
- Right under that, you will see "Finish setup" for Send. Click on "Set encryption password."
- Click "Open dashboard" on the next screen.
- You will now see "Complete your encryption setup."
- Follow the instructions on creating your Encryption Key. Download the key to a safe place to continue.
- Close out of all the add-on tabs you have opened in Thunderbird.
